Returns
It is of course possible that you do not like a product or that you would not want your order for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the order. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are about €6.75 per package, consult the website of the carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. If the product itself is damaged, or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and pack the return package well.
Pet portraits are custom made according to the specifications you enter. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply here. The sale is final after successful payment.
Exchange
Do you want to exchange a product? You can contact us for this. Keep in mind that you bear the costs for returning the product yourself. Please note, it is not possible to exchange a pet portrait.
